Everyone is very welcome to attend, but only financial members are able to stand for Board positions, and to vote.
Just €10.00 p.a. for financial membership. Please mail to  Alison Wickham, Secretary, Sustclon Ltd, 11 Redwood Park, Clonakilty.

The Board has recommended that to be eligible to become a director you must be either a person of long term good standing in the community, and shown a commitment to our cause, or have been a member of one of the Sustainable Clonakilty Working Groups for at least one year.  If you are interested in becoming a Director please let the Secretary or a Board member know, as there will be positions available. 

 

Please support us in our Clonergy 2020 goal: To enable the transition of Clonakilty and the surrounding areas to energy neutrality though renewable energy, in order to support a sustainable economy and quality of life for the community by becoming a financial member for 2011.

 

 

 

Some of our projects for this year include:

  • promoting saving energy through retrofitting houses in line with the GAA pilot and government plans
  • community gardens
  • a new logo and website – completed
  • Cook Local recipes on website – underway
  • local transport initiatives
  • and of course the inevitable fund raising.
